Rent-to-Own Townhouses

We are developing twenty-five 4-plex townhouses in key Colorado neighborhoods. These 100 units will be available through rent-to-own programs and government-assisted housing initiatives, giving working families the opportunity to transition from renters to homeowners.

Young adults leaving the foster care system often face homelessness and limited job prospects. We aim to provide:

Veterans experiencing homelessness

Offering stable housing environments tailored to their needs, along with mental health support, job readiness programs, and community reintegration resources.
