Mission Statement

GreenLand Housing exists to restore dignity, stability, and opportunity through the development of affordable and transitional housing.

Our Transitional Housing Projects serve vulnerable members of our community — including formerly incarcerated women, homeless mothers with children, at-risk young adults, and disabled veterans — by providing safe, supportive homes and pathways to an independent, fruitful and purposeful future.

GreenLand Housing Corp is a nonprofit organization rooted in the belief that safe, stable housing is a human right.
Our work is driven by a dual mission:

• Bridge the homeownership gap for low- to mid-income earners by building affordable housing in Colorado’s urban and suburban communities.

• Support vulnerable populations, including homeless women, children, and youth aging out of foster care, with transitional housing and life-changing support services.

We are committed to transforming lives by providing housing that serves as a foundation for dignity, stability, and opportunity.

A Message from Our Founder

As a pastor and builder, I have always believed in the power of shelter — both spiritual and physical. For years, I have walked alongside individuals and families who needed more than just a roof over their heads; they needed restoration, stability, and hope. GreenLand Housing was born out of this conviction — that every person deserves a place to call home and a path to a better future.

Through my experience in real estate development and heavy rehab construction, I’ve seen how transformative housing can change the neighborhood and community outlook. Now, with GreenLand Housing, I am dedicating that same skill and passion to serve formerly incarcerated women, homeless mothers with children, at-risk young adults, and disabled veterans.

This is more than construction. It’s ministry. It’s community. It’s redemption.

Thank you for supporting this mission.

— Irene Darville, Founder of GreenLand Housing

What our happy customers say about GreenLand Housing

“Before finding GreenLand Housing, I was living in my car with my two kids, working two jobs just to stay afloat. Today, we have a place to call home. My children feel safe, and I finally have the stability to pursue my nursing degree. GreenLand didn’t just give us a roof—they gave us our future back.”
Marisol T.,

“As someone who aged out of foster care with nowhere to go, I felt invisible. GreenLand welcomed me into their transitional housing program and gave me the tools to build a new life. Now, I have a job, a support system, and a real shot at independence.”
